My supposed-to-be late Valentine's gift for him

Last night, while my bf and I are busy, I'm busy doing my homework and he's busy playing dota, I decided to borrow his phone and wrote a poem on my bf's phone's notepad as a late Valentine's gift for him..
Here's the lame poem I wrote..

Then I deleted some of it and changed it to..

Then, the poem I wrote from him ended up with the 5 words, I love you so much. I don't know why I deleted the poem and changed it into 5 words. I'm just not comfortable with the poem I wrote, I felt as if there's something wrong with the poem, most especially with the grammar that my bf will laugh at upon reading it. I don't know why. haha.
Right now, I don't know yet if my bf already read the note, or not. Maybe, he already read the note but chose not to tell me. haha
